What is the Barcode Scan App?
The Barcode Scan App, designed by Industrial IT, offers, among other things, lightning-fast stock management with barcode scanning for Exact Online.
With this app, linked to your Exact Online profile, you can:
- Book incoming goods
- Order picking / processing sales orders
- Create sales orders
- Moving products (between different warehouses or stock locations)
- Process returns
- Counting / balance products
- Book products in or out without a sales order
- Print labels (NEW: WITH NiceLabel Integration!)

NiceLabel for Exact Online
The Barcode Scan App has an integration with NiceLabel. This makes it possible to send data from Exact Online to NiceLabel. A CloudTrigger is sent from the Barcode Scan App to NiceLabel Cloud. The local NiceLabel Automation can receive this CloudTrigger.
NiceLabel Automation can combine the sent data with a layout template and send it to the correct printer.

Sending data to NiceLabel is available in the Advanced Subscription of the Barcode Scan App.
